Mashreq ‘Salaam Rewards’ Customer Loyalty Program by Mashreq, UAE’s leading financial institution, was awarded two of the top awards for its continued efforts to offer enhanced customer experience; “Best Customer Experience Initiative” award at this year’s MEFTECH Innovation Awards – one of the MENA regions’ largest and most prestigious financial innovation gatherings and “Best Customer Loyalty Program” at the Banker Middle East Product Awards 2016 – more proof of the bank’s continued success in innovating the GCC regions’ financial services. Customers have a wide choice of brands spread across UAE where the points can be used against their purchases at the cash counter through point-of-sale machine. Salaam offers more than 270 brands (across 2,200 retail stores) spread across 23 lifestyle categories for customers to choose.
