The Palma Development has announced a significant progress in its construction of the premier residential complex, Serenia Residences, with 25 percent of its raft casting already completed.
Kareem Derbas, CEO and Co-Founding Partner of Palma Holding, told Emirates Business, â€œSerenia Residences is one of our most anticipated developments. The construction is well under way and we aim to have successfully completed the project within the proposed timeframe. The construction updates reflect the level of commitment we have towards our customers and investors.â€
The company has assigned Khansaheb as the main contractor for its exclusive Serenia Residences, the sole residential-only community to take up space on Palm Jumeirahâ€™s Crescent. â€œThe project worth AED 400 million is being administered by Khansaheb, the project is well on track to successfully towards completing the Serenia Residences, noting the timeframe of around 22 months from the date of assigning. Basement-to- ground-floor columns and core wall construction have started, while water proofing and retaining wall works are ongoing,â€ he added.
â€œWe are extremely pleased with the progress of the development till date. The project is well on its way to completion and the construction is on-track for a timely delivery,â€ said, Hassan H Nia, Chief Executive Officer, Banian FZCO.
Streamlined procurement processes are underway and an MEP contractor has been awarded and mobilised to the site. The slip form systems have been successfully installed, along with the crane installations are also in progress. In addition, a 500-strong manpower team, including aluminum and glazing contractor, has been enlisted to assist in the construction process.
