Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2017, the region’s premier real estate forum, has drawn a large number of property developers who displayed a series of products for middle-income segments that secured a massive turnout over the three-day event, concluding today in the UAE capital.
Up to 100 companies from around 13 world countries are showcasing in excess of 400 property projects during the exhibition, considered the world’s largest event specializing in real estate. The Cityscape Abu Dhabi is showcasing a diverse collection of housing, office and tourist products that cater to the needs of large segments of society seeking real estate investments.
The exhibition first started in the Emirate of Dubai in 2002 before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2007, making since then great strides that have driven a significant momentum for the real estate landscape not only in Abu Dhabi but in the entire country.
Over the past few years, the exhibition has been gaining impressive credibility after authorities concerned with regulating the real estate market have allowed exhibitors and investors to receive fund for settling a transaction on site in line with the laws and legislation issued by Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, which was not the case before when the event was only a property show.
