Hydra Properties announces progress of its projects

Hydra Properties announced the progress of two of its developments, Hydra Avenue and Hydra Village, at the Cityscape Abu Dhabi property exhibition.
According to the announcement, Hydra Village Zone 8 in Shahama, is now 70% complete with an expected handover date of Q4 2017. While Hydra Avenue phase 2 in Reem Island is progressing steadily with completion expected for two towers by 2019, and one tower by 2021.
Commenting on the announcement, Mohamad Al Habech, Chief Commercial Officer, Hydra Properties, said: “We are delighted to share our progress to date. An extension of zones 4 and 7, which have already been successfully handed over in 2013, Hydra Village Zone 8 will consist of low-rise, residential buildings in addition to 582 two-bedroom villas. Complete with the amenities and modern facilities that make Hydra’s ‘All- In- living’ promise a reality, Hydra Village Zone 8 will offer its residents the latest in convenience with access to community swimming pools, landscaped areas, an outdoor gym and children’s play areas.
A community with something for everybody, Hydra Avenue Phase 2 will consist of 906 apartments comprising a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom units. Currently consisting of three towers, phase 1 of Hydra Avenue was completed in 2015 and incorporates a number of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, running track, outdoor and indoor kids play area, Tango school, billiards room and events room. When fully completed, Hydra Avenue will comprise of six towers in two main clusters ranging between 24 and 29 storeys, joined by a mixed-use podium that spans
five floors.
