Etisalat appoints FEWA as key retail partner for e-Life packages

Etisalat and Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to appoint FEWA as one of its key retail partner for Etisalat’s e-Life packages.
The MoU was signed at GITEX Technology Week 2017 by Adnan Nasib our Executive Director, FEWA and Sultan Al Dhaheri, Acting General Manager, Etisalat Abu Dhabi.
Sultan Al Dhaheri, Acting General Manager, Etisalat Abu Dhabi said, “We are pleased to appoint FEWA as our key retail partner making the availability of Etisalat products and services across a wider partner base. This will give our customers the flexibility of purchasing our services at their convenience at more locations across the country.” Adnan Nasib our Executive Director, FEWA said: “We are pleased to sign this agreement with Etisalat which will enhance services and also raise the happiness quotient for all our customers. Today’s strategic partnership will give customers accessibility and flexibility to use Etisalat services and solutions at their
convenience.”
According to the agreement, after the water and electricity services are activated, customers have a choice to subscribe to Etisalat’s eLife service. Etisalat is notified to complete the procedures, saving time and effort for the customer and without having to go to
Etisalat outlets.
