With an extremely strong business, the UAE based company prides itself in giving back, helping university students understand what their future career could hold and expose them to the fantastic opportunities a career in engineering can offer.
In Trojan’s bid to foster a new generation of engineering
leaders, it recently launched its nationwide vocational initiative, ‘100 Trojan young engineers’, that will give 100 of UAE’s engineering students the chance to get ahead in one of the most competitive employment markets in the country.
The initiative is the brainchild of the MD Hamad Al Ameri, who as an engineer by trade, understands better than most how essential their skills will be as the UAE builds towards the vision of a sustainable infrastructure.
Hamad Al Ameri continued, “The 100 Trojan Young Engineers initiative presents an exclusive advantage for students to gain tactical experience and be exposed to complex problem solving scenarios that arise in execution phase of a project. The students selected for the month long internship will gain a unique experience at the internationally acclaimed establishment with projects ranging from infrastructure, mass housing, low rise to high rise, MEP works, concrete production, steel structure and facade glassing, with the top performing 18 students invited to stay on for a month long internship.
