Eathos plans Kababji expansion across United Arab Emirates

Kababji, the Lebanese kabab master restaurant, take-away and delivery chain noted for its fresh, healthy, quality products and quick, friendly service, is planning more outlets and an entry into the outside catering arena in Dubai and Abu Dhabi following the successful opening of its UAE flagship Dubai Marina outlet.
The DIFC-based regional restaurant platform Eathos, which operates Kababji in the Emirates, says it’s already in the design stage for the brand’s signature, contemporary, classy yet comfortable outlets in Deira and on Abu Dhabi’s Al Maryah Island.
“This is a great country for an authentic Lebanese food offering because of its high Levantine population and the fact that Lebanese food has such a big following among Emiratis and many other nationalities. Increasingly people are demanding healthy, quality food choices and Kababji, with its uncompromising commitment to quality of ingredients and hygienic preparation in an open kitchen and grill, fits the bill completely,” said Faysal Younes, CEO of Eathos.
“Added to that is the strength of the reputation that Kababji has already built up in Lebanon over the past 22 years where it operates eight restaurants and where the brand has been named, by Forbes, as among the country’s Top Ten. Kababji is now synonymous with the flavors of Lebanon,” added Younes.
The expansion news came as Eathos marked the official opening of its first UAE Kababji on the ground floor of Paloma Tower on the corner of the Dubai Marina Promenade residential development. The 100-seater restaurant, with 48 seats in an outdoor terrace, has been designed in contemporary style the brand’s instantly recognizable chic, wood and stainless steel interiors, and features Kababji’s hallmark open kitchen, grill and brick oven where diners can see food being freshly prepared
