Founded in 1982 by Dr Mukesh Batra, Dr Batra’s Positive Health Clinic has come a long way today with 230 clinics spread across 125 cities in India, Dubai and UK. It provides state-of-the-art services to more than half a million people from all over the world, with the numbers growing steadily.
Spreading its wings beyond India, Dr Batra’s went global in 2008 with its first clinic in Muscat, in a joint venture with Lama Polyclinic LLC. The international operations were furthered in 2009 with the launch of Dr Batra’s Homeopathic Clinic FZ-LLC at the Dubai Healthcare City. The company made another mark on the global scenario when it established its presence in the hub of medical excellence in London, at Harley street in 2010.
As a part of their constant endeavour to maximise customer benefit, Dr Batra’s also introduced hair transplantation services in the year 2009. This company – Dr Batra’s B Perfect – soon expanded its service domain to include cosmetic procedures such as Botox and Fillers. On the other hand, Dr Batra’s Positive Health Products has been churning out health products since 2001 and their vast range has steadily gained popularity for excellent quality and a natural base.
Batra, said, “Looking at the positive response we received from our patients, we decided to open our third clinic in Al Nahda. We have plans to establish 15 clinics in UAE and Middle East over the next 2-3 years. Our clinics will be spread across Dubai (Al Qusais and Jumeirah,) Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras al-Khaimah, Muscat, Qatar and Bahrain.”
With so much happening around all the time, Batra has also made sure that he fulfilled his social responsibility diligently and with this end in mind, he established Dr Batras’ Positive Health Foundation in 2001. Helping the underprivileged and the deprived gives a better meaning to the life of any person associated with Dr Batra’s group.
He added, “We plan to invest AED 10 million in the next three years in UAE and GCC market and expect a growth of 100 percent CAGR. Along with homeopathy the new clinics will focus on providing Aesthetic services such as Hair transplant, groHair, skin and obesity.”
