With a fast-growing, global collection of more than 455 upscale hotels in gateway cities, metropolitan areas and vacation destinations across six continents and nearly 40,000 rooms in the pipeline, every little thing at DoubleTree by Hilton inspires to create a rewarding experience for the hotel guests.
Located on the popular The Walk promenade in Dubai, DoubleTree by Hilton features 110 one, two and three-bedroom suites, some with a fully-equipped kitchen, offering views of the Arabian Gulf and The Palm Jumeirah.
“Strong team work and culture are needed to succeed in this industry. One of the secrets behind our success is our people; our team members provide the personalised service and warm touches for which DoubleTree by Hilton is renowned for,” says Hassan Elwahidi, General Manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai.
Hospitality begins with a warm chocolate chip cookie welcome upon arrival and continues with the award-winning Hilton HHonors guest loyalty program, an array of fine services, amenities and longstanding CARE culture tradition that empowers team members to provide the special comforts and acts of kindness that make the traveller feel human again.
“After 18 successful months of operation, we aim to continue creating a rewarding experience for every guest, from families to business travellers. For us, the little things mean everything, and this philosophy is reflected in our guests’ feedback and reviews,” he added.
The hotel features three dining options which include Al-Maeda — the hotel’s specialty restaurant serving upscale Arabic cuisine and an outdoor terrace with sea view; Gastro Kitchen – an All-Day dining restaurant offering the signature ‘Wake Up’ Doubletree breakfast, together with a broad selection of local and international fresh dishes; whilst Areia beach bar and grill is the perfect setting to sample the authentic flavors of Arabic style BBQ and watch the sunset over the sea. Finally, Maiya Lounge, is a relaxing lobby lounge offering a selection of waters from around the world, specialty beverages and a variety of light menu items including pastries, salads, sandwiches and fruits.
“We have seen overwhelming popularity for our specialty restaurant, Al-Maeda, where our chefs have worked tirelessly to provide guests the true taste of the Levant. DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach has rapidly become a popular culinary destination; with four F&B outlets of our own, as well as two fresh [outsourced] concepts already in operation and we’re eagerly anticipating the addition of two more venues.
In one of Dubai’s busiest precincts, the F&B venues at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach cater to every taste bud and mood, making it a must-visit location on the famous JBR strip.”
The hotel offers complimentary
in-room Wi-Fi for Hilton HHonors members, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi in all public areas. It features eight meeting rooms with flexible sizes, a complimentary 24-hour business center and a complimentary 24-hour fitness center overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Breakwater health club offers four dedicated treatment rooms, a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna to its guests.
Hotel guests and day-use visitors can also take advantage of the hotel’s outdoor infinity pool and private beach.
“Hilton worldwide recently launched the stop clicking around campaign, which has provided our guests the opportunity to receive more benefits than ever, when booking their stay direct with Hilton.”
“We have received very positive feedback from our HHonors guests regarding the benefits, including guaranteed discounts, and we’re proud to be part of such a strong brand offering,” added Elwahidi.
