Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) is participating in the 37th edition of GITEX Technology Week 2017. Reflecting its own vision to be the regional centre for legal and judicial excellence, DJI is participating within the Smart Dubai Government platform – the technical arm of Smart Dubai – which aims to transform Dubai into the smartest and happiest city in the world.
His Excellency Judge Dr Jamal Al Sumaiti, Director General of DJI, commented: “During GITEX Technology Week, we will launch a number of projects while also highlighting a range of technological achievements that have already been presented to the public. We aim to give our visitors a full overview of DJI’s technology initiatives, which are focused on supporting our leadership’s directives to make Dubai the smartest city in the world.”
Our participation will introduce our services and smart initiatives, and spread judicial awareness among the public.”
DJI offers fully electronic registration systems for all of its training programmes so that interested parties can easily register for programmes and training events, and confirm their attendance. The Institute has also launched a special application that provides users with full information about its services while also allowing them to buy its publications through the ePay system and book its training rooms and football field. The application can be downloaded on iPhone via the Apple Store or on Android devices from the Play Store. During the exhibition, DJI is also unveiling its new look website and redesigned English-language ‘Emirates Law, Business & Practice’ magazine.
DJI is participating at stand numbers S2-A21 and S3-A21 in Sheikh Saeed Hall at the Dubai World Trade Center. During the event, DJI is working with other government institutions to highlight Dubai’s move toward becoming the smartest city in the world via the adoption of the latest technologies and the development of solutions and applications that enhance customer comfort and convenience.
