ADM employees take top Middle East honours

Abu Dhabi Motors (ADM), BMW Group’s importer in the Capital, continued with their exceptional record and pursuit of excellence, dominating the BMW Middle East Customer Satisfaction Index for Service Performance awards, with 16 from the top 20 service advisors coming from ADM, a record performance achieved through the highest aftersales standards.
The annual BMW Middle East Customer Satisfaction Index is set against strict criteria; BMW importers are assessed on a range of service areas focussing on customer interaction, product knowledge, honesty, friendless and the ability to understand the individual customer needs. BMW customers are contacted after their vehicle’s service and asked for feedback on their experience. The Customer Service Index report is carried out on a monthly basis with the awards given to the BMW Importer that has achieved the highest scores throughout the year.
