His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Wednesday received visiting Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Qatari Minister of Foreign Affairs, at Al Shati Palace.
Sheikh Mohamed welcomed Al-Thani and discussed with him ways to enhance fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to boost them in the best interests of the two sides and the march of the GCC countries.
During the meeting, they also tackled the latest regional and international developments and coordination and consultation level on pivotal issues being witnessed in the region. Sheikh Mohamed and the Qatari Minister of Foreign Affairs also exchanged views on a number of dossiers regarding joint concerns.
H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Adviser, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary of the Crown Prince’s Court of Abu Dhabi, and the accompanying delegation of Qatar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs attended the meeting.
