His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, received Houlin Zhao, Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union, ITU, based in Geneva. During the meeting, which was held in the presence of HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, the two sides discussed ITU’s role in establishing the rules of cooperation and coordination between telecommunications authorities in member states.
