UAE, Belarus hold new round of political consultations

The UAE and Belarus on Tuesday held a second round of political consultations in the Belarus capital to explore bilateral relations in the political, economic, trade and military sectors.
The UAE delegation was headed by Fares Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for Security and Military Affairs, while the Belarus delegation was headed by Valentin Rybakov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The two sides expressed their interest in enhancing existing relations and discussed ways of forging new partnerships to serve the interests of both countries.
Rybakov expressed his appreciation at the UAE’s efforts to strengthen relations with his country in all areas, and stressed that the leadership in Belarus looks forward to their co-operation.
