Construction of the Mira Oasis Townhouses commenced in June 2016 and is anticipated to reach completion by the end of 2018. Trojan General Contracting has been appointed as the sole contractor on the project and Trojan Holding’s 7 specialised subsidiaries will all be involved at various stages. These include National Projects & Construction L.L.C (NPC) – high-rise & infrastructure projects; Reem Readymix L.L.C – concrete and plastering materials; Royal Advance Electromechanical Works L.L.C – installation and commissioning of electrical systems, water supply & distribution systems; Reem Emirates Aluminum & Glass L.L.C – glass façade and metal cladding; Hitech Precast & Block Works L.L.C – pre-cast concrete; Al Maha Modular steel structures L.L.C – steel structure fabrications and Phoenix Timber L.L.C – interior design. The development is being built in three stages with Phase 1, 2, and 3 due for completion in December 2017, September 2018 and December 2018 respectively.
