These include National Projects & Construction L.L.C (NPC) – high-rise & infrastructure projects; Reem Readymix L.L.C – concrete and plastering materials; Royal Advance Electromechanical Works L.L.C – installation and commissioning of electrical systems, water supply & distribution systems; Reem Emirates Aluminum & Glass L.L.C – glass façade and metal cladding; Hitech Precast & Block Works L.L.C – pre-cast concrete; Al Maha Modular steel structures L.L.C – steel structure fabrications and Phoenix Timber L.L.C – interior design. The development is being built in three stages with Phase 1, 2, and 3 due for completion in December 2017, September 2018 and December 2018 respectively.
