Sky News Arabia Academy signs MoU with Saudi Press Agency

Sky News Arabia Academy, a subsidiary of the International Media Investments (IMI), has announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) during its participation in the Human Capability Initiative 2024 (HCI), held at the King Abdulaziz Convention Centre in Riyadh.
The signing of the MoU is in line with the objectives of Sky News Arabia Academy to support professionals in all media sectors to develop their skills in media and television presentation, and content creation, through training programmes managed by experts and specialists at Sky News Arabia and IMI, including journalists, news anchors, and experts in content creation across various television, digital, and audio platforms.
Over the next three years, the two parties will work together to enhance the level of current training programmes at the Saudi Press Agency in order to meet future challenges and new trends in the media field; implement joint programs that focus on innovation and media excellence; and exchange ideas and experiences to develop a work environment based on a culture of growth and development.

The signing of the MoU comes within the framework of a series of partnerships that Sky News Arabia Academy has concluded with various entities in the Arab world to provide training opportunities and equip aspiring journalists and professionals from all over the region with the necessary expertise.
