Sisi receives Qubaisi in Cairo

Egyptian President Abdul Fattah El Sisi has received speakers of Arab Parliaments who are holding their first conference in Cairo. Dr Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of the UAE’s Federal National Council, and Ali Al Jarwan, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, a pan-Arab body, were among the Arab parliamentary delegation received by
El Sisi. Al Qubaisi noted that holding the first Arab Parliamentary Speakers Conference in Egypt highlights the country’s historic role as what she called “the heart of the Arab Nation.”
