Pvt sector to work six hours during Ramadan: Ministry

The working hours of private sector employees in the UAE will be reduced by two hours during the Holy Month of Ramadan, according to a circular issued by Saqr Ghobash, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation on Monday.
The circular is in implementation of Article (65) of Federal Labour Law No. 8 of 1980 regarding work relations and its amendments thereof.
The minister congratulated President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses Rulers of Emirates, on the occasion of Ramadan.
He also congratulated the government and people of the UAE, and expatriate residents, praying to Almighty Allah to revisit the occasion with more progress and prosperity for the UAE and with glory for the Arab and Islamic nations.
