Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, completed and handed over to Al Ain City Municipality all the infrastructure works related to Neima Residential Project.
The move is part of the efforts to achieve the vision of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, with the close follow up of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
The project, with a total cost of approximately AED206 million, included the delivery of infrastructure works, such as the roads, storm water, drainage and electricity networks for Phase II of Neima Residential Project in Al Ain, which will serve 616 residential plots along with the community facilities, including five mosques, mall, school, 4 KG’s and 19 power substations.
