Mohamed, Merkel discuss cooperation

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Tuesday received a phone call from German Chancellor Angela Merkel, stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation, communication, and dialogue to enhance security and
stability across the world.
During the call, Sheikh Mohamed and Chancellor Merkel discussed cooperation and friendship relations between the two nations and ways of developing them to achieve mutual interests, especially in the fields of politics, economy, culture, technology, and others.
His Highness also received an invitation from Merkel to visit Germany, which he accepted. The date of the visit will be decided later.
He also reviewed the latest regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest and exchanged views on them.
