Once again, Mashreq won at the Banker Middle East Industry Awards, scooping three awards in 2016. The first award was ‘Best Regional Retail Bank’, which Mashreq has been privileged to receive four times in the last five years. The Bank also received the ‘Best Banking Innovation’ award which is the second time Mashreq wins this award, proving that the bank’s ongoing strategy to put the ‘customer first’ is not only working but has been recognised by the industry peers. Mashreq was also announced as a winner of ‘Best Real Estate Finance’.

The Bank recently launched the first ever Happiness Bank Account, which is a salary transfer account and rewards customers literally on the go. The new Happiness Account reflects Mashreq’s contribution towards achieving the nation’s vision of the UAE reaching the top rank in the global Happiness Index.
The Bank has proved to be passionate about elevating the Banking sector by introducing several UAE’s first innovation led solutions and services across all spectrums reflecting its commitment to its customers and the Banking industry.
In its efforts to offer seamless banking to customers, Mashreq recently announced the launch of a new and exclusive mobile banking app for SMEs called ‘SnappBiz’. The aim of the app is to provide easier, more efficient and accessible services for SME customers.
