Owned by a new management, the all new ‘Mahec’ launched on Tuesday at the Le Meridian Village, Garhoud is a fine dine restaurant and lounge featuring modern interiors and a brand new menu.
Chef Asif Khan who has worked and trained by a well-known Michelin star Chef – will head the restaurant and introduce some of India’s classic favourites, which will be uniquely prepared by him and his team- offering a refreshing and a fine dining experience from starters to desserts. Some of their signature dishes will include Makhmeli Murg Tikka, Sprout Tikki, Shanshay kofta, Lamb Parda Biryani and Bombay Pudding.
Stylishly designed, the restaurant has 180 seating capacity – including indoor and outdoor. With complete new interiors the restaurant has a modern colonial style with wooden floors / furnishing and chandeliers. Catering to different dining preferences; the restaurant is divided into three sections – dining area, well stocked bar and lounge and outdoors/ terrace for shisha.
The restaurant and Lounge will have its own in-house DJ to play fusion urban/ classic Indian music. In addition, 7 wide-screens will be placed in the bar/lounge and Shisha area to screen certain international / seasonal sports. With business and entertainment acumen of the new owners- every element of the restaurant has been crafted in a very special way to let every customer have the best dining experience.
