Vicenzaoro Dubai Show, which is scheduled from April 14-17, will provide an important networking opportunity for the industry stakeholders to connect with each other. Vicenzaoro Dubai brand is a joint venture between Fiera Di Vicenza and Dubai World Trade Centre. Their collaboration is being facilitated by DV Global Link. Corrado Facco, Managing Director of Fiera di Vicenza, told Emirates Business, “With Dubai’s growing status as one of the world’s foremost luxury destinations, driven by strong domestic and regional consumption coupled with increasing international visitor spend, Vicenzaoro Dubai is all set to further strengthen the region’s strategic importance on the global luxury industry stage and establish Vicenzaoro as one of the world’s top five events for the international B2B jewellery and goldsmith sectors by 2020.”
Last year, Vicenzaoro event drew around 6,000 regional and international visitors from more than 110 countries. Expected visitors at the 2016 show will represent the best that the sector has to offer, showcasing Dubai as the main entry point into jewellery’s most important markets. It will include independent retailers, jewellery chains, large department stores, wholesalers, importers and exporters, manufacturers, designers and professional associations.
Commenting on the success of last year’s Vicezaoro, Facco said, “Dubai, the undisputed jewellery capital of the Gulf, was a natural choice for the event, and we’re looking forward to build on the success of last year’s show.
