The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) on Tuesday launched the ‘Al Khair Medical Week’ Camp at the Al Mahwar Medical Centre in Rabwat Khalaf in the city of Mukalla, Hadramaut Governorate, Yemen.
The camp will continue to provide services until March 25, with the participation of a group of doctors and specialists under the patronage of Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi, Governor of Hadramaut, and in coordination with the Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population in Hadramaut Coast.
The opening ceremony was attended by a number of doctors and specialists.
The ERC renovated and expanded the Al Mehwar Medical Centre in Rabwat Khalaf, making it equipped with modern medical devices to offer free health services to citizens. The medical camp is anticipated to attract a large number of locals in need of basic medical care.
