The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), continues its campaign to distribute food assistance to underprivileged families in the governorates of Yemen, as part of its Ramadan humanitarian programme to ease the suffering of the people in Yemen and improve their living conditions.
The ERC distributed Iftar meals to mosques and slums in the Tarim District in Yemen’s Hadhramaut Governorate, as parts of its “Breaking Fast” initiative throughout Hadhramaut province since the start of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
An ERC representative said that the project will continue distributing food assistance during the Holy Month, and thanked the youth and all the teams who interacted volunteered their time and energies to aid individuals in need.
The families who received the aid assistance expressed their thanks and gratitude to the UAE for its continued
humanitarian support.
