ThinkProp, a leading real estate training institute, and Property Shop Investment, a prominent broker agency with offices across UAE & multiple international countries, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at elevating the level of education for brokers and ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws.
In a significant move to enhance professionalism within the real estate sector, the MoU outlines plans to train 200+ agents currently working for Property Shop Investment. This collaborative effort between ThinkProp and Property Shop Investment is poised to streamline market operations by ensuring brokers are well-versed in local regulations and best practices.
The MoU signing ceremony, held in the presence of representatives from the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) and top management from ThinkProp and Property Shop Investment, marked a pivotal moment in the industry. The event kicked off with inspiring keynote speeches from Mr. Jasem Al Hosani, Director of ThinkProp and Mr. Said Abu Laila from Property Shop Investment, including Mr. Ahmed Alkuwaiti, Head of the Real Estate Regulation Team from ADREC.
