Emirates Transport (ET) has achieved record growth in terms of the number and value of contracts it signed with federal institutions and local authorities during the first half of the current year.
The company signed 10 new contracts to provide transportation and rental services with eight government and federal authorities during this period.
Abdulghaffar Mohammed Yousef, Accounts Director of the Senior Customers Office at ET, said that the total number of contracts signed with government and federal authorities amounted to 88, after 10 new contracts were signed during the first half of the current year.
Under the contracts, whose term varies from one to four years, the company will offer transportation services to 28 government entities through its fleet of 2,113 vehicles, 1,403 drivers, 38 coordinators and 44 supervisors, he said. The ET’s 37-year expertise has won the confidence of its customers,
he added.
According to ET’s Annual Report 2018, the company posted revenues of AED2.71 billion, recording an increase of 8 percent compared to 2017.
