Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, has recognised the Mawarid Finance Group of Companies for supporting the emiratisation of jobs in auditing, financial services and financial management, with a focus on hiring Emirati women.
The honour recognises an initiative of the Accountants and Auditors Association’s financial services committee to determine the number of Emiratis employed in accounting and auditing.
Vice President for Human Resources Fatima bin Fahad represented Mawarid Finance at the ceremony, organised by the association.
In his remarks during the ceremony, Minister Al Mansouri said that developing the professions of accounting and auditing cannot be separate from economic and financial development, which should be supported by all legal and administrative agencies.
