ECA Group, a French conglomerate, has created a new subsidiary in Abu Dhabi named ‘ECA Middle East.’
The UAE and Abu Dhabi were selected to set up ECA Middle East for having historical and recent customers and many identified business opportunities, the company said, adding that several ECA Group systems are already in service in the Middle East countries, among them are PAP Mine Disposal Vehicle, UAV IT180 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, MVS Military Vehicle Simulator and CAMELEON Unmanned Ground Vehicle.
This subsidiary will, in the first instance, develop sales for ECA Group in the Middle East. It will also focus on developing services such as maintenance, technical assistance and training in order to support its existing and new customers as well as setting up strategic partnerships with local companies in the fields of robotic systems and training simulation.
