Properties (DP) visited
‘The Sustainable City’ (TSC) — the region’s first fully integrated and operational sustainable community — in Dubai this week.
Mohammed Al Habbai, Chief Executive Officer for Urban Planning and Infrastructure of Dubai Properties, led the DP party in their visit that focused primarily on strengthening partnership ties between Dubai Properties and Diamond Developers.
In welcoming the DP delegation, Engineer FarisSaeed, the CEO and Co-Founder of Diamond Developers, stressed that The Sustainable City’s innovative concept, unique components and state-of-the-art facilities are considered are in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai.
Commenting on the occasion, FarisSaeed said: “We’re honoured to welcome Mohammed Al Habbai and his team to The Sustainable City. It is an opportunity for us to discuss how establishing a development such as this one is in accordance with the green vision of the city of Dubai and helps to lower its carbon footprint, with zero emissions and a 50% reduction in electricity among its many environmentally friendly features.â€
