Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) International Investor Roadshow will be held from October, 17-18 in New York City, with co-sponsorship from Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) to enable 13 companies listed on DFM and Nasdaq Dubai to update international fund managers about growth strategies and recent developments through one-on-one meetings, the DFM announced on Tuesday.
“The DFM represents the main gateway for investors looking to participate in the significant success story of Dubai’s economy that maintains high levels of growth over the past years. The economy is expected to grow at a higher pace compared to the regional economies and the International Monetary Fund expects GDP to grow 3.7 per cent this year,” Chairman of DFM Company Essa Kazim said in a press release.
The DFM’s continuous efforts to strengthen links with international institutions have significantly attracted foreign investments since the launch of our International Investor Roadshow in 2007, he noted.
