Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) has welcomed Antonio Alvarez Barthe, Spanish Ambassador to the UAE, and Erik Rovina Mardones, Head of the Spanish Trade Office in Dubai.
The meeting touched on ways to further develop cooperation between Dubai and Spanish companies, especially in the fields of electricity, water, sustainability and clean and renewable energy.
During the meeting, Al Tayer presented Dewa’s latest projects and local and international achievements, and its active role in promoting sustainable development in Dubai. He also briefed the delegation on Dewa’s projects, initiatives, and plans, to achieve the objectives of the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050.
