UAE-based Al Nabooda automobiles has established a franchise agreement with
Belron, the world’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group.

the sole distributer of Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen in Dubai and the Northern Emirates will set up a vehicle glass repair and replacement business in the region.
The Automobile will use the ‘Carglass’ brand under the expertise of the Belron group. Al Nabooda also has future plans of expanding the franchise within UAE and GCC countries.
According to the Frost and Sullivan report, the total consumption within the automotive aftermarket in the GCC countries in 2012 posted more than 15 per cent growth to reach US$7.5 billion (AED27.5 billion). With consumption worth US$2 billion (AED7.4 billion), after Saudi Arabia, UAE was ranked the second largest automotive market in the GCC.

Middle East being one of the fastest growing automotive industry, Frost & Sullivan report predicted a compound annual growth rate of around 13 per cent between 2013 and 2017 for car parts.
With the first branch in Dubai, additional locations are set to open across the UAE in the near future.
Targeting other countries such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar, the franchise will bring quality vehicle glass repair and replacement to the GCC region.
