Al Hilal Bank bags two awards

Al Hilal Bank was awarded two awards including the Best New Loyalty Program for its Joud Rewards Program and Best Innovative Banking Services Award for its EIDA Card by Banker Middle East UAE Product Awards.

The Banker Middle East Product Awards programme recognizes financial institutions across the region. This year’s edition featured 82 institutions, which were shortlisted across 55 categories for 383 products and services.
The Joud loyalty program has been designed by Al Hilal Bank to reward its customers with unique benefits when they use any of the Bank’s cards and accounts. The program entitles Al Hilal Bank’s cardholders to enjoy a range of discounts and benefits across a wide range of sectors.
In a first-of-its-kind step, Al Hilal Bank introduced an initiative allowing its customers to use their national Emirates ID in cash withdrawals and money transfers through its ATMs across the UAE.
