Ajman Chamber discusses ways to strengthen economy

Within the framework of strengthening the ties and direct cooperation between Ajman and the world, the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), organised its annual Ramadan Majlis.
Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Salmeen Al Aryani, Board members of ACCI, Nasser Al Dhafri, Acting Director-General of Ajman Chamber, Mohammed Al Janahi, Executive Director of Business and Investment Development Sector, and a number of government officials
attended the Majlis.
Al Janahi emphasised the importance of the meeting and its role in fostering direct communication between Ajman and the world to back the local economy and maintain sustainability of the Chamber’s members, as well as creating joint markets.
“The annual Majlis comes within the ACCI’s strategy and keenness to exchange visits with high-level economic delegations and representatives of business centres to promote economic opportunities available in the emirate,” he added.
He explained that Ajman Chamber adopts ambitious future plans aimed at increasing the foreign trade with the entire world, in addition to attracting foreign businessmen, especially that the emirate owns the economic fundamentals and infrastructure, which qualify it to be a destination for them.
Al Janahi praised the unlimited support of HH Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and the constant follow-up of H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, for providing an attractive investment environment for the business community in the emirate. The attendees commended the progress achieved in the emirate across all sectors, notably economic, tourist, educational, health, infrastructure fields.
