The Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, ADIBF concluded its 26th edition yesterday with a record 272,320 visitors and having generated sales of AED25 million. The fair was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and organised by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, TCA Abu Dhabi, from April 27th until May 3rd.
This year witnessed a celebration of Italy as the Guest of Honour, and Ibn Rushd as the personality of the year.
