Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM), on Wednesday opened a permanent office for municipal services at Al Bateen Council to deliver an integrated municipal service experience.
The step reflects ADM’s keenness
to improve the services it provides
community members and customers by serving their interests and facilitating transactions.
Musabbah Mubarak Al Murar, Acting General Manager of the Abu Dhabi City Municipality, said, “The opening of the new centre in Al Bateen Council is part of the Municipality’s efforts to better serve community members and provide integrated government services in collaboration with our strategic partners and the local community. The step aims to simplify the procedures of delivering services and make them accessible in a timely manner. It is part of a systematic plan contributing widening the scope of municipal services across Abu Dhabi
Emirate to reach out to all areas under an integrated government services hub.”
