The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry received a delegation from the Republic of Argentina and discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in the fields of renewable energy, oil, gas, chemicals and the food industry, and in a variety of areas of common interest.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mubarak Al-Ameri, Board Member at the Abu Dhabi Chamber, and Juan Schiaretti, Governor of Cordoba Province in Argentina, and a number of Argentine ministers, along with Fernando Ramon de Martini, Ambassador of Argentina to the UAE.
Welcoming the delegation, Dr. Al-Ameri stressed the importance of developing joint economic and investment cooperation, pointing out that Argentina is an important trade partner of the UAE.
Referring to the UAE’s considerable achievements in all sectors, Mr. Schiaretti invited UAE businessmen and companies to invest in the food and agricultural sector of Argentina, among others.
