Musanada to deliver AED687mn Al Hayer project by early 2019

Abu Dhabi General Services Company, Musanada, has revealed that work is progressing as planned in the Al Hayer residential project in Al Ain, which will be handed over by early 2019.
This forms part of Musanada’s efforts to deliver leading housing projects, thus contributing to achievement of the objectives of Abu Dhabi Plan in the area of social development, providing decent living and ensure family stability for UAE locals and providing best housing services to UAE locals, boosting stability for individuals and the community and leveraging the living standard of the UAE family.
Commenting on the announcement, Yahya Al Ali, Musanada’s Acting Infrastructure and Housing Director, said, “Musanada is delivering a set of housing projects across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including Al Hayer residential project, comprising 300 residential plots of approximately 2,025 square metres each, including 30 plots of 3,600 square metres each.
The AED687 million project also includes 360 square metres for commercial outlets and two mosques of 2,700 and 900 square metres respectively.”
The project stretches over an area of approximately one million square metres and is considered as part of the integrated housing projects. It managed to attain a 2-pearl rating by Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council, UPC, enhancing the efficiency of use and conservation of multiple energy sources.
“Musanada is currently executing several housing projects in Al Ain city spanning multiple regions, in order to provide UAE locals with high-quality houses,” said Al Ali, adding, “the units will meet the sustainability requirements as stipulated by UPC. The 2-pearl system has been implemented, taking into account the requirement to satisfy the sustainability and proper urban planning needs of all residential complexes by creation of cycling tracks and paths and the design and construction of small-scale parks.”
Majed Hareb Al Suwaidi, Head of Government Housing Section at Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, said, “The Abu Dhabi government is keen on providing leading services to UAE locals to ensure their happiness and securing housing stability through strategic partnerships and continuous cooperation and coordination to realise the aspirations and expectations of UAE locals, facilitating speed delivery of housing support to them.”
“Al Hayer residential project is the outcome of cooperation with Musanada. These strategic partnerships help satisfy the needs of the local community by delivering sustainable projects in the form of integrated residential complexes with highest levels of welfare and wellbeing, enhancing the social and living standards of UAE locals,” Al Suwaidi concluded.
