Dubai to host int’l property show from April 2-4

The 13th International Property Show, supported by Dubai Land Department, is to be held from April, 2-4 at the Dubai International Convention Centre. The show is expected to attract both international and local companies, along with investors in the real estate industry. The 13th edition of the show will host many events and seminars to showcase global trends in the real estate investment field.
“Stability in the property sector in Dubai is a safety valve for investors, and the main reason behind that stability is the sound policy to organise the real estate sector, and provide investment opportunities for locals and expats.” He went on to say that bringing happiness to locals and expats has a positive impact and adds value.
“Dubai is one of the biggest real estate destinations in the world, whether in terms of speed and workmanship in delivering luxury residential units, or in terms of the positive atmosphere, that motivate people to invest in the real estate market. All these characteristics will be reflected at the international property show, which will provide opportunities to buy and sell properties easily and according to regulations,” added the Director-General.
The International Property Show 2017 is held in conjunction with Annual Investment Meeting, organised under the patronage of Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
