Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced its participation at Cityscape Global 2016, and will provide the visitors with the opportunity to live the real estate experience. During this event that is taking place on September 06-08 at Dubai World Trade Centre, visitors are getting to know more about the latest DLD’s services on its platform number (SAJ10) at the Sheikh Saeed Arena Hall.
On DLD’s stand, the visitors are getting the opportunity to live the real estate experience through a simulation process, that allows visitors to live a virtual experience for registering properties (buyer, seller, and a broker), with a thank you certificate to be handed to the participants, to raise awareness and knowledge of the laws and regulations in force in the real estate sector, and offers a range of smart solutions for real estate investments.
“Our preparations to participate in the most important real estate event in the region started several months ago, and we put programs that help us achieve the goals to communicate with our customers, as well as highlight DLD’s achievements and the incorporation of the regulatory environment based on a strong legislations and laws. We always take this opportunity to showcase our latest applications that help customers to complete their transactions easily and conveniently from anywhere around the world,†said Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General, DLD.
Bin Mejren added: “Over the three days, DLD employees will be keen to highlight its programs, strategic plan and objectives, as well as focus on its primary role in providing a safe and sustainable real estate environment, and provide visitors with all the needed information to spread awareness in the real estate market, in harmony with its participation theme of “World’s premier real estate destination in innovation, trust and happiness”.
Moreover, top directors at DLD participated at the Cityscape conference which was held on the sidelines of the exhibition, the session discussed Smart Government initiatives and realising the Dubai Plan 2021, in the attendance of HE Engineer Marwan Bin Ghalaita, CEO of the RERA, Mr. Sultan Al Akraf, Senior Director of Real Estate Registration Services Department, and Mr. Mohammed Yahya, Deputy Executive Director of Rental Affairs Sector, Majid Saqr Al Marri Senior Director of Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center. The session ended with participants and media questions about DLD’s operations and public strategies, DLD’s smart initiatives that are compatible with the orientations of the government.
During the Cityscape Conference, Engineer Marwan Bin Ghalaita, CEO of RERA assured that the real estate market in Dubai is more competitive and transparent for both investors and developers.
