A delegation from the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, discussed with Masdar Institute officials the latest solutions and promotion of cooperation between the two parties to achieve the goals and objectives of the emirate of Ajman, and its strategic vision 2021.
This came during a visit of the delegation, headed by Sultan Al Rumaithi, General Coordinator of the Ajman Excellence Programme, to Masdar Institute.
Al Rumaithi explained that the visit aims to acquaint with the latest innovative solutions used in the industrial and economic sectors, climate change, quality of water and air, renewable and alternative energy as well as clean technology, urban planning, infrastructure systems, and sustainable development.
Dr Behjat Al Yousuf, acting director of Masdar, stressed the keenness of the Institute to develop strong relations with government agencies as part of its quest to support the state efforts to achieve the transformation towards the knowledge-based economy. She welcomed the delegation of the Ajman Executive Council.
