In honour of the UAE’s 53rd National Day, Bombay Borough — the all-day Indian eatery in DIFC is offering an exclusive menu as a tribute to the UAE’s spirit and unity featuring five dishes offered at AED 53 each. The dishes highlight regional Indian cuisine inspired by global ingredients, cooking techniques and culture along with the venue’s signature flair. The limited-time menu will be available all day across the National Day weekend from 1st to 3rd December.
Featuring Truffle carpaccio, a tangy salsa verde and an almond crust, the Surati Locho Cakes are an explosion of fun, flavour and texture for tastebuds seking a vegetarian delight.
Mint foam, tamarind glaze and toasted pecans served with crispy batter-fried spinach — ideal as a crunchy starter snack.
Charcoal-roasted baati (unleavened bread) topped with pulled mutton and Rajasthani Mathania chillies to add a fiery kick.
Shredded confit duck that is spiced and stuffed in a steam bun with a heart of palm salad to balance the flavours.
An indulgent sticky date ganache served with a honeycomb and smooth vanilla ice cream.
