National Bank of Fujairah (NBF), announced that it received three accolades at The Gulf Employee Experience Awards in recognition of its outstanding HR management. The bank received the “Overall Experience” award for the best entry, “Employee Engagement and Happiness” award and the “Employee Insight and HR Metrics” award while ranking second in the “Employee Empowerment” award. Last week, the bank also received the “Best Emiratisation Initiative of the Year” award on the back of its participation at Tawdheef 2019.
