HH Lt General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior (MoI), has approved the implementation of the “Smart Mystery Volunteer†project in the Ministry of Interior. The project is a tool for measuring the quality of service performed by volunteers in a smart system. The idea of the project is to create a system that manages the relationship
between volunteers and direct communication with them to enable them to send instant reports.
Colonel Nasser Khadem Al Kaabi, Director of the Customer Happiness Department at the MoI, said that the smart project is used in many areas, including auditing the quality of services.
