Dubai Municipality announced that it has begun distributing 600 residential plots in the Nad Hessa area to eligible citizens using smart technologies as part of its remote work framework and procedures.
In a statement, the municipality noted that the distribution of lands reflects the keenness of the UAE leadership to provide a decent life for citizens, and to reinforce efforts aimed at ensuring the comfort of citizens and providing all elements of stability and happiness.
Dawoud Al Hajri, Director-General of Dubai Municipality, indicated that the Municipality is always keen on preparing plans and strategies that guarantee the application of the highest standards and advanced work mechanisms in the field of land distribution, in addition to creating the ideal infrastructure and providing all kinds of services, with the aim of creating a residential environment that meets the various needs of its residents.
“Setting up various service facilities in these areas comes at the top of our priorities, which include mosques, schools and parks, in addition to the various commercial service outlets, which enhances the inclusiveness of always providing the best for the people,” he added.
Dubai Municipality has applied the highest smart standards in the land distribution process, as the plots were distributed electronically within the framework of the remote work mechanism, without the need to visit the municipality’s building, the statement concluded.
