The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) announced that it has achieved 100 percent smart transformation of core services provided to its members and the local business community.
The announcement was made during GITEX Technology Week 2017, where the chamber is exhibiting and showcasing its wide range of smart services that are accessible through its website and smart applications. These services cover membership, online payments, ATA Carnets and Certificates of Origin, legal, mediation, research, licensing, credit reporting, CSR Label, and letters of recommendation, in addition to many others.
Hamad Buamim, President and CEO of Dubai Chamber, said, “The chamber was an early adopter of smart services designed around the needs of businesses in Dubai. Our recent achievement of 100 percent smart transformation of core services supports the chamber’s commitment to improving ease of doing business in
the emirate and creating a
more intelligent business community.”
Dubai Chamber’s President and CEO explained that adopting smart services was a key part of the chamber’s customer-focused strategy, which enabled it to deliver time-saving and value-added services to its members. He noted that these services enhance the competitiveness of Dubai’s business community and help attract foreign companies that are keen to set up in the
emirate.
He stressed the importance of Dubai Chamber’s participation in the GITEX Technology Week 2017 and described the exhibition as an ideal platform to connect with the local business community and encourage companies to take advantage of its smart services and solutions.
