Mansour Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Director-General of the National Media Council (NMC), said the UAE Armed Forces represent the glories of the nation and are a source of pride to all Emiratis.
In a statement he made on Saturday to mark the 42nd anniversary of the Armed Forces Unification Day, Al Mansouri said, “the UAE people remember with pride the decision to unify the armed forces. Our servicemen proved their capabilities as evident by the praise of world leaders for their role in different parts of the world.â€
In a statement he made on Saturday to mark the 42nd anniversary of the Armed Forces Unification Day, Al Mansouri said the armed forces developed into a modern and professional force, thanks to the unlimited support of President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Al Mansouri further said the UAE Armed Forces have reflected the true image of the UAE by spreading values of humanity and tolerance and by undertaking peacekeeping and humanitarian relief missions with great success in the conflict areas of the world.
