Abu Dhabi School of Government (ADSG) and Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy (ADGMA) signed an MoU to advance talent development in Abu Dhabi. The partnership will offer new specialised
programmes within financial technology and artificial intelligence that adopt global best practices.
The two parties will also coordinate assessment and development centres, aligned with quality standards that ensure the efficient exchange of knowledge and expertise within the relevant fields.
The new research-based training programmes places emphasis on technology-driven tools and techniques that are significant for the future of the emirate of Abu Dhabi. The launch of the programmes is part of a mutual goal to support the UAE National Agenda of “Ghadan 21â€, which aims to position the UAE among the leading nations in ease of doing business, innovation, and research and development indicators.
The training programmes will also help achieve government excellence for Abu Dhabi and will faciliate the UAE’s objective of building a competitive knowledge-based economy.
Her Excellency Alia Abdulla Al Mazrouei, Acting Director General of Abu Dhabi School of Government, said: “This marks a significant milestone for the field of continuous learning. Our goal is to ensure the development of both behavioural and technical skills of Abu Dhabi government employees. We look forward to working with ADGM Academy to prepare learners for upcoming employment opportunities and to equip them with the tools to navigate the future workforce landscape. This initiative is at the forefront of our vision and the programmes align closely with the context and needs of the Abu Dhabi government.â€
