Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Power Corporation, concluded a series of creative workshops and panel discussions for its employees as part of the company’s engagement during UAE Innovation Month 2020, which runs through the month of February and is designed to strengthen the nation’s position as a global hub for
innovation.
ADDC’s programme of activities took place during the Innovation Month’s opening week, February 2–6, under the theme of ‘Innovative Transformation’. The programme of activities were held at the headquarters of fellow ADPower subsidiary, Emirates Water and Electricity Company, and included a visit by Her Excellency Sarah bint Yousif Al Amiri, UAE Minister of State for Advanced Sciences, who delivered an inspirational speech about the positive impact of innovation on business and society.
